Canvas Length Unit: Y Weight Unit

Our canvas products are all made of 8 Oz canvas; In production, materials are processed with off shelling, bleaching, anti-mildew, and colorsetting. The materials are from nature. *Classified with components, the canvas could be named T/C canvas, Pure Cotton canvas and so on. T/C canvas: component - 35% cotton + 65% polyester. Pure Cotton canvas: component - 100% cotton. *Classified with colors, the canvas could be named Original White (Natural) canvas, Printed canvas, Dyed canvas, Printed Dyed canvas.

PP polyproplene non-woven fabric) Length Unit: Y Weight Unit

This material is made from Polymer. Its outlook could be seen cross texture, and could be touched with fabric of clothes, so it is named: Non-woven Fabric. This material is composed of chemicals, but could be dissolved in nature within 2 years. So this material could meet the environmental protection issue. PP is processed with anti-mildew in production, it is widely used in storage products with high ventilation allowed and low cost. Usually the use of PP would depend on its thickness, the lower gm the thickness is thinner. The thinner ones would be used as inlet or anti-dust cover. The thicker ones could be used in storage utensils. But due to its worse weight resist, the products made from this material are limited in storage weight. Classified with colors, the material could be named White (Original), Printed, Dyed, Printed Dyed PP. The production process is close to canvas.

Polyester Length Unit: Y Weight Unit : Denier

This material is composed of polymer, it is also called polymer fiber. Its outlook could be seen cross texture, and could be touched with fabric of clothes. The texture of 100% polyester is close to natural cotton, so is called rayon. The low cost, good quality in waterproof and many choices in colors are its merits. (*Usual storage utensils are made of 600D Polyester.)

Nylon Length Unit: Y Weight Unit : Denier

This material is composed of polymer. The less Denier , The surface is smoother. If the Denier number is larger, the material would be thicker and its outlook would show cross woven fabric. The surface touch is smoother than canvas, PP and Polyester. (Usual storage utensils are made of 210 or 420D Nylon.)
In application, this material could be mixed with other chemical fiber or cotton fiber , or be used with 100% Nylon in clothes, shower curtain and the other fiber products. This material would be processed with waterproof, dyeing and colorsetting. The low cost, light weight and good quality in water proof are its merits.

PVC, PEVA Length Unit: Y Thickness Measurement Unit

These two materials are usual plastic materials, they are widely used in storage utensils for their smooth surface and good plasticity. But they could not be dissolved in nature and could not meet environmental protection issue. Difference: The chemical production process of these two materials are different. PE has better extensibility, so is widely used in packaging. PVC has better transparency, so it is usually applied in transparency film. These two materials could be applied in many products.
